Delete your account in the app
- Open Saadhan Charge and sign in.
- Go to Profile, then Edit profile.
- Tap Delete account, read what happens, and confirm.
Stop any charge that is running first. The app won't delete an account in the middle of a charge.
Ask us to delete it
If you can't use the app, email summit@saadhan.app from any address with the subject "Delete my account" and the mobile number you signed up with. We'll confirm it's you, usually with a code sent to that number, and delete the account within 7 days.
Accounts that run charging stations (operator accounts) are deleted by our team on request, because deleting one also removes its stations and chargers.
What happens when you delete your account
| Data | What happens |
|---|---|
| Sign-in, profile (name, email, photo) | Closed and removed straight away. You can't sign in again. |
| Vehicles and notification settings | Removed straight away. |
| Notification tokens for your phones | Removed straight away, so no more notifications. |
| RFID cards and wallet balances | Cards stop working. Any balance left is lost, so use it or ask about a refund first. |
| Mobile number | Kept only to stop it being used to sign up again. |
| Charging sessions and payments | Kept only as long as Nepali tax and accounting law requires, then deleted or anonymised. |
