A new app and card for every network
Drivers juggle a separate app, account and RFID card for each operator, sometimes with a yearly card fee, before they can plug in.
For charge point operators
A complete charging station management system (CSMS) on the open OCPP 1.6J standard. Use the web dashboard at the office, or the same app as your drivers when you're on the move.
The problem
Stations are opening along every highway, but drivers and operators still work around tools that weren't made for how Nepal charges.
Drivers juggle a separate app, account and RFID card for each operator, sometimes with a yearly card fee, before they can plug in.
Operators pay NEA peak and off-peak rates, but most systems can only charge drivers one fixed price per kWh.
Matching each station's NEA bill against what drivers paid means spreadsheets, office visits and guesswork.
Restarting a charger, unlocking a cable or stopping a session often needs a person on site or a laptop at the office.
What you get
Your stations, prices, staff, cards and money, in one place, on the phone and on the web.
Start and stop sessions, reset a charger, unlock a stuck cable, clear the charger's cache or take a connector out of service, all without driving to the site.
Give each station its own team. Viewers and operators watch and start or stop charges. Station managers run chargers, sessions and analytics, but only at their station.
Save each station's NEA meter (office, SC number, consumer ID) once. The platform fetches the electricity bills from NEA for you, ready to set against what drivers paid.
Sessions, chargers and revenue update the moment a charger reports, with each session's cost broken down and every charger's OCPP messages a click away.
Issue RFID cards with expiry dates and notes, add or deduct credit, and see every transaction. Search customers and their sessions in seconds.
Revenue, energy and sessions per station, charger and connector. Automatic anomaly detection flags odd sessions, and exports go to CSV or PDF for your accountant.
Photos, amenities, opening hours for each day and up to five contacts per station. Everything appears in the driver app the moment you save it.
Every Saadhan driver carries a Super Card that works at your stations. The settlement report shows exactly what is owed to you for that energy.
Offers and announcements as notifications and banners on the driver app's home screen, sent with the Saadhan Charge team to the drivers you choose.
On a tablet or iPad, the app becomes a station console: chargers on one side and live sessions on the other, with a sidebar that stays out of the way. Many operators keep one at the front desk.
Pricing engine
Your electricity costs change through the day, and your prices can too. Build a plan once, assign it to any connector, and drivers see the current rate before they start.
Different rates for different hours, to follow NEA's peak and off-peak tariff or to fill quiet hours.
Example rates per kWh. You set your own.
One price per kWh, simple to explain on a sign. Make it the default and every new connector picks it up.
Build the price from parts, such as an energy rate plus a service charge, and drivers see the breakdown before they start.
For fleets, partners and special deals: a plan that fits one customer group or one station, on the connectors you choose.
Open by design
Saadhan Charge speaks OCPP 1.6J, the open protocol most charger makers use. You're never locked into one hardware brand, and adding a charger is a matter of pointing it at our server.
Point your chargers' OCPP address at Saadhan Charge. They show up online with every connector.
Add stations with photos and hours, build your pricing plans and assign them to connectors.
Issue cards, add staff to each station, and let drivers find you in the app.
Watch revenue and energy, reconcile NEA bills, and adjust prices as you learn.

FAQ
Any charger that supports OCPP 1.6J, which covers most AC and DC chargers sold in Nepal. You set the charger's OCPP server address to ours and it appears in your dashboard with its connectors.
There are no setup charges. After that, pricing depends on the size of your network. Book a short call and we'll send you a written quote.
No. You can keep issuing your own cards with their own balances. Drivers who carry a Super Card can also charge at your stations, and you're settled for that energy.
Enter the station's NEA office, SC number and consumer ID once. When you ask for a bill, the platform fetches it from NEA in the background and lists it on the station page, so you can compare your electricity cost with your charging revenue.
Yes. Staff are added to one station as a viewer, operator or station manager. They see and control only that station, and never your other sites or company-wide revenue.
Yes. Time-of-day plans let you set a rate for each part of the day. You can also combine an energy rate with a service charge, schedule a plan for a date range, and pick which connectors use it.
